As a production employee, you are available for 5 days per week. Furthermore, it is important that you:

• Have your own transport to Wijhe. (travel costs are on us!)
• Speak, and understand Dutch or English (because of safety regulations)

As a production employee, you will work in a nice factory where sliced meats are produced. At Stegeman we have a lot of different departments where you are able to work. After you applications I will go through them in depth, but I listed them below!

• Incoming goods: You're responsible for unloading trucks and storing goods in the warehouses. You'll also make sure that correct labels and packaging materials are ready for the production department. Also you'll be doing inventory management and SAP.
• Dayshift: In the dayshift you'll produce single and composite meat products by processing raw meat with machines and loading heavy items onto carts. Your tasks also include cutting meat, operating machines, and weighing spices.
• After care: Here you are going to make sure that the sausages are handled the correct way. You will be baking the sausages, but also smoking is part of the process. As you can expect the smell at this department is mouth watering!
• Slicing and packaging: This is the last step in the process. You will make sure that the sausages are sliced correct. You also check if the packages are sealed correctly. With your quick thinking, and sharp eyes the line will be running smoothly!
• Transport: As a transport employee, you'll use an EPT to move meats between freezing units and production halls. You'll also do administrative tasks like booking pallets and managing SAP inventory movements.
• Machine cleaner: As a machine cleaner you'll thoroughly clean machines and areas, making sure they're completely meat-free for the next day.
• Working hours: 2 shift with working hours of 05:15-14:00 & 13:55-22:40. Dayshift with flexible working hours between 06.00-18.00. And night shift with working hours of 22.40-05.10.
