An ideal Customer Service Representative should be proactive and able to build strong relationships. We're looking for someone eager to take ownership and successfully solve potential issues. Furthermore:

• You are fluent in the English language;
• You are available full-time;
• You have proven experience in Customer Service or Logistics Administration.

what will you do

You park your car or bike and grab a cup of coffee and head to your desk. You check your emails and answer phone calls. Around 10:00 AM, you have a team meeting to make sure everyone is up-to-date. Then, it's back to work! 👩🏼‍💻👨🏽‍💻

As a Customer Service Representative, you're the main contact for clients. You'll keep them updated on their shipments. You track their orders from start to finish and make sure you solve any problems which occurs. You'll do everything it takes to make the customer happy and satisfied. That is what makes you happy!
Furthermore, you are in charge of handling complaints and returns. You are expected to think along how to improve internal processes.
Around 5.00 PM, you're working day is over and shut down your systems. Time to go home! 🏠

where will you work

You'll be joining a big and international company in Venray/Oostrum. You'll be working at the center of the company, where they manage the complete supply chain. It's a big and internationally known company, so plenty of room for personal development and internal career moves!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive travel allowance. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to earn a bonus every year! You will be on the retirement plan from Tempo Team.
