To keep the production running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a production worker:

• You have at least one year of recent work experience as a production employee;
• You are available for 4 to 5 days a week;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You can work in 3 shifts;
• Have your own car to go to Borgesius.

what will you do

Imagine fresh, oven-baked bread as far as the eye can see. But don't think for a second that it will magically appear in the store. As an experienced production worker in the distribution department, you know there's a lot of work involved. First the bread is baked, cooled and wrapped in plastic. And then it's your time to shine as an production employee!
You used to stand next to an assembly line and sometimes feel like a robot. But now the machines have taken over the hard work and you can sit back and relax. Well, not too long of course, because there are still plenty of rolls, currant buns, loaves and half loaves to distribute.
But that's the nice thing about working at Borgesius: there's always variety. From the distribution department and you can move on to other departments within the company. Who knows, maybe you will become Borgesius' all-round bread baker. Doesn't that sound like a wonderful job?

where will you work

As a production worker you are going to work at Borgesius in Rotterdam. At Borgesius they produce bread voor big supermarkets like Albert Heijn, Plus en Coöp. There’s a good vibe at the workplace and there’s always a nice radio tune coming through the speakers. A fun little extra: you can buy a sheet with 40 stickers at the reception for €14. Each day you can take 2 breads, put a sticker on it and take it home. This way a fresh baked bread will cost you only €0,35! :D
