As a production employee, you'll work with medical products used in cardiovascular surgery. This is very precise and delicate work. While you'll sometimes work with machines, you'll mainly work by hand.

You'll receive one-on-one training for every step of the process. This is a time-consuming but very important task. Only after you're certified can you perform your process step independently. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure a perfect final product, which is why continuous checks are carried out.
