• You have a secondary vocational education (MBO) or equivalent experience, with a background in a logistical environment.

what will you do

As a returns and repair employee, you will play a crucial role in our company by supporting the return flow of our products. You'll inspect, process, and register returned items, making sure they are handled efficiently and accurately. In this small, dedicated team of four, you'll feel empowered and have a real impact on our customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on returns and repair employee role where you'll get to learn and grow every day.

• You will inspect and process returned products and register them in our ERP system.
• You will perform light repair tasks, such as updating demo products and making basic adjustments.
• You will identify issues and suggest improvements for the return process.
