who you are

As a first operator you are a communicative team leader who leads by example. You bring calm to chaos, enjoy coaching your team, and embrace feedback. Safety and quality are your top priorities, and you’re always one step ahead when it comes to problemsolving.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Team Leader or First Operator);
• solid experience with WMS, Microsoft Office, and quality systems;
• strong communication skills in English and a proactive, flexible mindset.
