who you are

Are you a service-oriented individual who keeps a cool head when things get hectic? As our new Administrative Employee, you’re the backbone of our operation. You ensure that coordination between various departments and carriers runs smoothly. You'll use your administrative and PC skills (MS Office) to report the planning of the customer.

what will you do

Get ready for an exciting role where you are central to the flow of goods! You kick off the day and immediately start ensuring that everything is on track for the day's shipments. As the Administrative Employee you coordinate with carriers to schedule unloading appointments. You keep all reports up-to-date.
Every day you are in direct contact with the carriers to ensure that goods leave the warehouse on time. By doing this you arrange the following:

• You are guaranteeing a smooth supply chain for the customers;
• You are responsible for the transport documents;
• You arrange the legal documents for non-EU shipments;

where will you work

You'll be working at our location in Oostrum, in a supportive team where every day brings new challenges. The atmosphere is best described as dynamic and driven! They believe in clear communication and supporting each other, especially when the pressure is on. It is a job in shifted day shifts, so you'll be working between 07:00 and 19:00.
