who you are

To get started as a production employee at Hilton Foods, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• You speak Dutch and/or English
• You are fine with working in a chilled environment of 6 degrees Celsius
• You are at least 18 years old (due to working hours)
• You are available to work at least 3 days a week
• You are available to work the morning shift between 6:00 and 15:00 or the evening shift between 15:00 and 23:00
• Your travel distance to Hilton Foods in Zaandam is a maximum of 25 km
• You agree that you cannot wear any piercings, fake nails, or jewelry during work (taping them is not allowed!)

what will you do

Do you ever buy chicken or steak at Albert Heijn? Those are exactly the products you will be producing! 💪 All Hilton Foods products end up on the shelves at Albert Heijn. As a production employee, you will work in the production line. You will perform tasks such as moving meat or packing it. You might have noticed that extra special meat products are available in the supermarket during Christmas. ✨ That means it's busy at Hilton Foods! 🤩

where will you work

You will be working at Hilton Foods in Zaandam! Working at Hilton Foods is known for the good atmosphere among colleagues. There's always time for a joke! 🤣 During your break, you can also play a game of table football. ⚽ And maybe the best part: every week, as a production employee, you get to take a meat package home!
Good to know: it is important that you can start working from December 15th. Tours at Hilton Foods will take place in the weeks before. This position is at least for the last two weeks of December (week 51 and 52). If you perform your work well, you have a chance of staying after the Christmas period. There are even opportunities for growth. For example, you can become a cutter or operator! 🚀
