who you are

As an production operator at Hilton Foods Zaandam, you’ll be working in a cold-storage environment to guarantee the best possible meat quality. Keeping your cool is second nature to you! Furthermore, you fit the following profile:

• You have your own transport, as the company is not easily accessible by public transport.
• You are flexible: working in shifts, weekends, or on public holidays is no problem for you.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• You have technical insight and are skilled in handling machines.

what will you do

As an production operator at Hilton Foods Zaandam you will start your day with a cup of coffee or tea in our cozy company canteen. Then, put on your warm work clothes and get to work starting up the production lines. Together with your fellow production operators, you form a strong team striving for top quality.

• You set up machines (such as print coding and labeling equipment) and clean them.
• You solve minor malfunctions yourself and contact the Technical Department (TD) for major issues.
• You coordinate components and manage the cooperation with your colleagues.
