At this company, you are indispensable. You will be making prefab concrete casings, walls, and floors.

You work accurately according to technical drawings, ensuring you always deliver top quality. You will report to the foreman, but you will also communicate frequently with your colleagues and the work preparation (werkvoorbereiding) team.

No two days are the same. You are flexible and don't mind taking on extra tasks. Is overtime needed to hit the schedule? Then you roll up your sleeves and get to work.

who you are

You love working with your hands and care about doing a good job. You enjoy technical work and are only happy when the products are made exactly right, just like the drawing shows. Working with a deadline is no problem for you, and you stay positive and keep going, even when things get a bit difficult.

• Education: You think and work at a basic/practical level (LBO/MBO), preferably in technology. 🎓
• Experience: It is great if you already have experience working in a factory or with concrete. ✨
• Skills: You are good at seeing how things fit together and can easily read technical drawings. 📐
• Language: You understand Dutch or English well enough to follow all work and safety rules safely. 🗣️
• Attitude: You work well in a team, pay attention to details, and don't mind doing other tasks when needed. 🤝

what will you do

As a Production Worker, you are a very important part of the factory. This is where prefab concrete walls, floors, and entire building structures are made. You don't just do repetitive work; you use technical drawings and instructions to make sure every piece is built exactly right. Besides the physical work, you also help keep the workplace safe and clean.

• Making products: You make high-quality concrete parts using drawings and instructions. 🗿
• Checking quality: You work carefully and pay attention to details so every product is perfect. 🎯
• Cleaning & maintenance: You do simple repair jobs and keep the factory clean and tidy. 🧼
• Safety: You follow all safety rules strictly to keep the workplace safe for everyone. 🛡️
• Reporting: You look out for broken machines or unsafe situations and tell the boss right away. 🚨
• Teamwork: You join the daily team meeting to talk about the work and plan the day together. 💡
