who you are
As an Albert Heijn delivery driver, you deliver groceries right to the customer's front door. You are physically fit and have no problem lifting crates. You can also easily step in and out of the delivery van on a regular basis.
In addition, you bring the following to the table:
You speak Dutch or English.
You have your own transportation to get to Rosa Catellanostraat 3Â Tilburg.
You hold a valid category B driver's license.
what will you do
an Albert Heijn delivery driver. Every day is different. Some days your workday runs smoothly, and other days you run into obstacles—like an apartment building without an elevator or a house number that's nowhere to be found. You’ll experience it all.
Fortunately, you are well-prepared during your onboarding period and you know how to keep a cool head! There are also plenty of opportunities to grow. For instance, you can quickly start working as a buddy, guiding and training new employees. Or you can become a plusser, making sure every driver hits the road fully equipped with all the essentials.
Working days: Monday through Sunday, part-time or full-time.
lifting 20 kilo daily
Flexible hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (availability for both shifts is required).
where will you work
As an Albert Heijn delivery driver, you mostly work independently, but you will visit many customers at their homes. This gives you plenty of opportunities for a friendly chat here and there! #jobtip 🚀
And if you ever get stuck? No worries: there is always a helpline available to contact. Upon returning from your route, a team leader will be ready to help you. There is also a Tempo-Team office on-site where you can always just walk in. How nice is that! As a thank you for your hard work, delicious treats are regularly handed out. Additionally, the AH Online work location is easily accessible by your own transport.
And after 13 weeks of work, your salary increases to €18.83 per hour! This includes 25 vacation days, holiday pay, ATV/ADV allowance (shorter working hours compensation), and a year-end bonus. There are also plenty of opportunities for growth. Who knows, in a year you might be training your own new colleagues! #baanrader
