Looking for an analytical role where your attention to detail directly impacts business success? Tempo-Team is looking for an operational pricing specialist to join the team at Lamb Weston EMEA at their office in Breda.

Please note: You must currently reside in the Netherlands (preferably in the Breda area) to be considered for this role.

who you are

As the operational pricing specialist, you are the crucial linking pin between Sales, Customer Operations, and Revenue Management. Your main goal is to safeguard Lamb Weston’s pricing strategy, ensuring a strong competitive position while maximizing revenue and profitability. Your profile fits the following:

  • You currently live in the Netherlands (ideally in or near Breda).
  • A Bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking (HBO).
  • 3 years of work experience in a commercial or revenue/pricing-related role.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a big plus!
  • Strong analytical mindset, meticulous accuracy, and great problem-solving skills.

what will you do

As an operational pricing specialist, you ensure correct invoice pricing based on stakeholder input and provide timely price and trade term information to internal teams. You will report directly to the Customer Operations Manager in Breda. Your daily tasks:

  • Analyze, identify, and follow up on potential discrepancies in the pricing process to prevent invoicing errors.
  • Ensure full adherence to internal policies as well as external laws and regulations.
  • Oversee base prices, promotional discounts, trade terms, and volume contracts.
  • Manage trade conditions, ensure accurate financial accruals, and guarantee the timely payout of customer claims.
  • Deliver periodic standard reports and track regional price renewals to avoid missing or incorrect pricing during order processing.
  • Handle price and trade-condition complaints accurately and on time, investigating root causes to implement long-term solutions.
