Have an eye for detail and color.

• Language: Good command of spoken and written English.
• Minimum height: 1.65 m (165 cm)
• NOT allergic to paint
• NOT color blind
• Flexibility: Willing and curious to work in a 3-shift system.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Must wear provided safety shoes, overalls, and masks.

what will you do

Shift Schedule (3-Shift Rotation System)
Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:18
Afternoon Shift: 14:18 – 22:36 (Ends at 23:00 on Fridays)
Night Shift: 22:36 – 06:00 (Starts at 22:00 on Sunday nights)

Shift Allowance:
20.3% extra allowance for 3-shift rotation
13.3% extra allowance for 2-shift rotation

Overtime Addition: 46.6%
ADV (Arbeidsduurverkorting): 5% for every worked hour

• Non-Smoking Facility: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on Scania premises.

Scania Meppel is looking for enthusiastic team members to join the Inspection & Repair (I&R) department. You will receive on-the-job training to become a skilled Quality Controller preparing, hanging, painting, inspecting, and repairing truck cabin and chassis parts.

• Pre-processing: Preparing cabin and chassis parts for painting.
• Paint Preparation: Mixing and making paint.
• Hanging Parts: Positioning parts for coating and painting.
• Inspection & Quality Control: Checking painted parts for defects.
• Repair: Fixing paint defects to ensure high-quality standards.
