who you are

As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you are solution-oriented and accurate. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently (with the support of your direct colleagues of course). You already have some knowledge with customers or administration in supply chain/logistics.
You can answer yes to all questions below:

• You live within a range of 50 km from Oostrum;
• You speak and understand English on a level of minimum B1;
• You are available to work between 07.30 - 18.00 o'clock;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in international logistics. Think of Customer Service, Transport Administration or Customs.

what will you do

International transport is about more than just sending a shipment. You are the essential link ensuring all customs paperwork and partner screening are spot on. Working alongside an experienced team and you keep administrative processes sharp. You ensure all global shipments will move over the world without any issues.
Your daily tasks summarized:

• Screen business partners and recipients to make sure you connect the correct documents/files;
• Help prepare export dossiers, transport and customs documents
• Maintain accurate customs records, both in Excel and in the internal system.

where will you work
