We are looking for an International Sales Support representative to join a fast-growing international company in the Groningen area, for their France en German market. If you don't have any experience, that's totally fine, as long as you have the right mindset and you'd like to make a global health impact!

who you are

You have a natural commercial insight and know exactly how to spot opportunities during a conversation. Preferably you have work experience with sales support tasks but it's not an requirement, as long as you are eager to learn.

You are communicative, helpful, and have a strong customer-oriented attitude. You also have an eye for detail and can work systematically.

You're going to work with German and France clients, so speaking & writing one of this languages on a business level is a big advantage.

Furthermore:

• You're willing to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• You would like to work in Groningen
• You speak and write fluently English at a business level
• You either have working experience in a commercial roll or you have the commercial mindset

what will you do

You will join a team with two other Sales Support colleagues, together you'll support your sales colleagues. While they focus on specific countries, you will be the one switching between the different markets. You will be the central point of contact for questions from both existing clients and prospects.

Also:

• You answer all incoming customer support emails and handle questions over the phone.
• You draft quotations, actively follow up on them, and turn them into orders.
• You take care of the administrative tasks and process sales orders accurately.
• You signal bottlenecks in the sales process and propose ideas to make things better every day.

Fluently speaking either France or German is an big advantage for this position, that's why their are 2 salary ranges:
> Only speaking English: € 2608,26 up to € 3400 gross per month
> Also speaking France or German: € 2900 up to € 4200 per month
