who you are

For the position of 4-Shift Team Leader, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You speak English. Dutch is definitely welcome, too! However, your English must be at a good level, since your supervisors will also communicate with you in English;
• You are willing to work in Oss;
• You are available 36 hours per week;
• You are willing to work 4 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night);
• You have a vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking;
• You are familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

what will you do

As a 4-shift team leader, you ensure that the department runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You directly manage a team of 10 to 20 operational employees and actively pitch in on the floor when needed.

Your work schedule (36 hours per week). You’ll work a 4-shift rotation:
- Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- Evening/night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

• You lead your team and assign daily tasks;
• You monitor agreements regarding budgets, productivity, and KPIs;
• You coordinate staff scheduling with the production manager;
• You coach and mentor your employees to foster a positive work environment;
• You identify opportunities for process improvement and address them immediately
