who you are

You are a technical mind who stays calm under pressure, works meticulously, and enjoys bringing ideas to life in a complex technical environment.

• Experience: Relevant, proven experience as a process operator. You bring deep technical knowledge, quick learning agility, and the ability to work independently;
• Education: A VAPRO certification (or equivalent technical degree/MBO Level 3 in Process Technology) is preferred;
• Languages: Good command of English (spoken and written) is required. While speaking Dutch is a great advantage for smooth team communication, English-only speakers are very welcome to apply!;
• Certifications: A valid VCA safety certificate, or the willingness to obtain it with us;
• Flexibility & Shift Mindset:You will start primarily in a standard day shift schedule, but we expect high flexibility as you will also be deployed in a 2-shift system.Within about a year, our high-growth operations are expected to scale up to a 4- or

As a Process Operator, you are the backbone of a stable, high-quality production run. Your day will be packed with variety and technical depth, including:

• Mastering the Tech: Operating, configuring, and monitoring our state-of-the-art, complex process installations;
• Proactive Problem Solving: Spotting process variations early, bringing your technical insight to the table, and adjusting parameters independently to keep things running smoothly;
• Maintenance & Quality Control: Carrying out first-line maintenance checks and precise quality inspections to ensure top-tier standards;
• Continuous Improvement: Bringing fresh ideas to optimize workflows using tools like 5S and Lean principles;
• Versatility: Crosstraining across multiple areas of the production process, keeping your day diverse and your skill set growing.
