who you are

You are a structured, detail-oriented professional with a strong affinity for administration and logistics. You stay calm under tight deadlines and take pride in processing complex documentation accurately. Since you will be collaborating with various internal departments and international drivers daily, you are an easy and clear communicator.

• Experience in a warehouse or operational environment, including ERP systems.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• A Junior Broker certification (or willigness to obtain one)
• Preferably a completed Bachelor's Degree in administrative, technical or logistics fields.

what will you do

As a Junior Broker, you will ensure that all export and customs documentation sets are accurate and complete. You will handle a wide range of products—from small precision components and lithium batteries to large calibrators. You serve as the main liaison between warehouse teams, Customer Service, Customs, and logistics providers.

• Creating and processing export documentation sets (T1, EX A, ATR) via Descartes customs software
• Processing drivers upon arrival, managing sign-ins and discharging incoming T1 documents
• Managing purchase orders and verifying export data in Oracle ERP and WMS
• Communicating daily with internal teams, escalating discrepancies and contributing to warehouse KPIs.
