who you are

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Worker to join our e-commerce team in Venlo.

• Physical Capability: Energetic and comfortable spending the full working day standing and walking.
• Commute & Mobility: Able to ride an electric bicycle for a daily commute of approximately 11 km each way.
• Flexibility & Availability: Ready to work 37 hours per week. Flexible to transition from a 2-shift schedule to a 3-shift rotation (starting mid-October) and open to working weekend overtime during peak seasons. Available for a project running at leas
• Skills & Learning Mindset: Motivated to learn e-commerce warehouse processes (Inbound, Picking with pick-to-light, or Packing). Prior experience or licenses for Forklift, Reach truck, or EPT are a strong advantage, but full training will be provided.

what will you do

As a Warehouse Worker, you are responsible to ensure the efficient and safe handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within the Søstrene Grene warehouse in Venlo, supporting timely delivery to stores and customers while upholding the company’s core values of aesthetics, creativity, and joy of life.

where will you work

Warehouse Worker in E-commerce (Inbound, Picking, or Packing) at Søstrene Grene in Venlo.
Our stores offer a wide range of home accessories, furniture, kitchen utensils, hobby items, party supplies, gift wrapping, office supplies, children's interiors and toys, as well as seasonal products. New products arrive in stores every week.

• 37 hours/week. Project lasts until at least Christmas (potential
• extension to January). 2-shift system until mid-October,
• switching to 3-shift system after mid-October.
• Shift Allowance: 20% allowance for 3-shift schedules. (Night
• hours 19:00–06:00 carry a 25% allowance if not already on
• 3-shift).
• Overtime: 50% extra (Mon–Sat) | 100% extra (Sun). High
• season offers additional weekend hours.
