As an Operator, you are the driving force behind our production process. In this varied role, you take responsibility for your own production line. You work independently on orders and ensure the machines run smoothly. To keep production efficient, you adjust processes, reconfigure workstations, keep the area clean, and gather components. Spot a malfunction? You act quickly to report and resolve it.

Your work isn't just about machines; your precision is equally important. Where necessary, you accurately perform manual electronic assembly or soldering tasks. Because we strive for the best quality, you carry out visual and manual inspections and test product performance. Using your technical insight, you ensure every product leaves in perfect condition, allowing you to head home with a great sense of fulfillment!

who you are

Who you are:

• You have a vocational (MBO) working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field like mechatronics, process technology, or electrical engineering!
• A technical background or experience as an operator is a great plus, because you know exactly how to keep a production line running!
• You have the ambition to work with complex, highly automated machines and are curious about the latest technologies!
• You have a keen eye for detail and work very accurately, as quality is always your top priority!
• You have no problem (in fact, you prefer it!) working a 2 or 3-shift schedule: morning, afternoon, or night shifts fit perfectly into your routine!
• You are proactive, have a strong work ethic, and function excellently in a diverse team!
• You have a good command of the English (or Dutch) language, allowing you to easily follow all work instructions and communicate well with your colleagues!

what will you do

As an Operator, you are the driving force behind the production process and ensure that the (high-tech) machines and production lines run smoothly and efficiently! Your responsibilities include:

• Machine operation: You operate the high-tech machines and ensure your production line continues to run as efficiently and optimally as possible!
• Reconfiguring and setup: You precisely fine-tune the machines, reconfigure your workstation for new production orders, and keep everything neat and clean!
• Identifying malfunctions: You constantly keep a close eye on the process. Notice a glitch or malfunction? You report it immediately so production doesn't come to a halt!
• Preparation: You independently gather all necessary parts and components for your scheduled orders and monitor the progress from A to Z!
• Quality control: With your keen eye, you perform visual and manual inspections to guarantee that every product meets the absolute highest quality standards!
• Testing products: Is everything working as it should? You carry out testing procedures to extensively validate the functionality and performance of the products!
• Intricate precision work: Where necessary, you roll up your sleeves and apply your steady hand for accurate soldering or the manual assembly of electronics!
