who you are

You have a passion for precision assembly, two right hands, and a keen eye for fine details. To hit the ground running at Benchmark in Almelo, you also bring the following: ✨

• You speak and understand English or Dutch fluently;
• You have your transport to reach Almelo;
• You have at least 1 year of practical experience in panel building or electrotechnics;
• You are available to work full-time for 32 to 40 hours every week from Monday to Friday;
• You have your own housing in the Netherlands;

what will you do

As an assembly employee, you play a key role in manufacturing sophisticated electrical cabinets and high-end control panels. Depending on your strengths, you might prepare tailored wiring setups in the Wire Center or assemble complete electrotechnical units in the Boxbuild and White Room departments using detailed work instructions. Your accuracy ensures that every tiny screw and component sits perfectly in place! Plus, you will start with a dedicated 1-week course at Benchmark’s Technical School to master all the required techniques and become a pro assembly employee.

Kick off your new adventure together with a group of new colleagues! Your training starts in week 45, and by week 46 you’ll be ready to make an impact on the production floor. On top of that, you enjoy complete daily flexibility: pick your own start time between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM and work a standard 8-hour shift! ⏰
