BPO Services is looking for a proactive Team Leader in Breda! You get to decide whether you are an early bird or prefer working later in the day.

who you are

As a Logistic Team Leader you are a natural motivator who leads by example. You keep a cool head when things get busy and know exactly how to keep your team energized. Furthermore

• You are available to work every Saturday for one of the two designated shifts.
• You have an excellent command of the English language (our main language on the floor).
• You preferably have some experience in logistics, warehousing, or a supervisory role.
• You are decisive, responsible, and focus on both safety and efficiency.

what will you do

As a Logistic Team Leader at BPO Services, you are the engine of the weekend operation. On Saturday they are working in 2 shifts, you can choose which shift suits you best: 06:00 - 15:00 OR 15:00 - 00:00. You will start your Saturday by briefing your team, ensuring everyone knows their targets for the day. Throughout your shift, you walk the floor, coordinate the workflow, and jump in to help solve any bottlenecks. Furthermore you will be:

• Coaching, guiding, and motivating your team members.
• Monitoring the daily logistics targets and adjusting the planning where necessary.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and positive working environment.
• Handling administrative tasks and communicating with the Shift Manager.

where will you work

Let's be clear about your new workplace: your official employer will be BPO Services. You will sign your contract with them, and they are responsible for your guidance, salary, and career growth. However, BPO Services manages the logistics operations inside the warehouse of VintedGO in Breda. This means you will physically work inside the vibrant, fast-growing VintedGO facility, but you are proudly part of the BPO Services management family!
