You will start working in a 2-shift rotation, with a transition to a 3-shift rotation later on.

Salary & Shift Allowances
Base Hourly Wage: €14,99 gross per hour (excluding shift allowances).

Shift Allowance Boost: Earn an additional 25% to 45% on top of your hourly rate during shift hours.

Effective Hourly Wage: During shift allowance hours, your earnings increase to €18,74 or even up to €21,74 gross per hour!

who you are

To succeed as a Warehouse Operative, you meet the following requirements:

• You speak fluent Dutch or English
• You are available to work 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift rotation
• You are ready to work on-site in Waalwijk
• You have your own reliable transport (car, scooter, or bicycle)

what will you do

Leave the heavy lifting to the gym! Instead, you will stay active on your feet. You will easily hit 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day while on the job. Cancel that expensive gym membership—you get paid for your daily cardio here! 🏃‍♂️💨 From brake pads to side mirrors, you ensure all automotive spare parts reach garages and major dealerships on time. Your daily tasks include:

• Scanning incoming and outgoing auto parts
• Order picking and packing orders accurately
• Assisting with shipping, logistics dispatch, and expedition
