who you are

We like to provide clear guidelines so you know exactly what is expected of you as a production worker. To get started safely and comfortably, we ask the following:

• You speak English (required for safety within the factory);
• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are at least 1.65 meters tall (due to the height of the machinery);
• You have your own transport to get to Wijhe;
• You are available for at least 3 days across 2 shifts;
• You live near Wijhe;
• You do not mind working in a cool environment (13–15 degrees Celsius).

what will you do

You will work a clear, fixed 2-shift schedule (5:15 AM–2:00 PM & 1:55 PM–10:40 PM). This provides the stability you need! You will work together with friendly colleagues on the final stages of the production process. Sometimes the work involves lifting heavier products, like sausages, but you can always ask your colleagues for a helping hand. We will explain exactly how everything works, so you never have to doubt if you are doing it right. Here is a summary of what you will do as a production worker:

• Unpacking, weighing, and safely vacuum-sealing products with clear instructions.
• Grilling meat products and vegan alternatives (we will guide you step by step!).
• Working in a stable workflow where you always know what to do and who to turn to for questions.+
