• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• A completed MBO diploma (secondary vocational education).
• Available to work 36 to 40 hours per week in the Amsterdam area.
• Practical interest or experience in working with AI-assisted software and digital tools.

what will you do

In this role, you act as the main link between partner restaurants and international teams, solving daily operational questions with the help of smart AI tools. By guiding business partners through technical and logistical features, you directly develop valuable experience in digital account support and cross-cultural communication, giving your professional profile a solid boost!

• Assisting restaurant partners with questions about the platform and daily operations.
• Using AI-driven support tools to answer questions quickly and smoothly.
• Sharing feedback from partners with internal teams to help improve the service.
• Keeping partner accounts and information up to date in the central system.

where will you work

You will work in a modern office in the center of Amsterdam, surrounded by canals and easy to reach by train, metro, and bike.
