As a production employee, you are a hard worker who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You like variety in your work and enjoy working in a team. You have a proactive attitude and like to think along to improve processes. In addition, you are reliable, flexible and open to new challenges. Experience in production is a plus, but enthusiasm and the will to learn are just as important for this company!

As a production worker at this company, you start your day with a cup of coffee with your colleagues and discuss the plans for the upcoming weekend. At 9 a.m. you get to work in good spirits and get busy pre-mixing various powders for ice cream production. You transport the bags of powder with a machine and lift only the opened bags yourself. You ensure that the workplace is kept clean and tidy and that the production process runs smoothly. Because of your efforts, the mixing of the powders goes on time and according to the correct guidelines.
You make sure that the work is done well and on time, but in between, you have fun with your colleagues and enjoy every minute!
At 16:30 the day is over and you go home, ready to work the next day!
