As an operator in the Packaging department, you are responsible for a smooth production line. You ensure high quality, solve minor technical issues, and work together in a team where craftsmanship is key.

who you are

We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated operator who stands for mastery. The following points describe you best:

• You have at least 1 year of experience as an operator in a production environment.
• You have a technical education or can show relevant experience.
• You are available to work in 3- or 5-shift rotations.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• You work accurately and take initiative.

what will you do

As an operator on the canning line at Grolsch, you are responsible for an important part of the production process. Your daily tasks include:

• Operating and setting up filling and packaging machines.
• Performing first-line maintenance and solving minor technical issues.
• Checking quality and keeping track of process data.
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.
