who you are

As a production employee, you are physically fit to stand along the production line during your shift. Further, you fulfill the following requirements:

• You are available at least 3 days a week
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have your own accommodation in the area of Leerdam
• You speak English or Dutch
• You are physically fit to pack the glasses at a fast pace
• You can work at least in the night shift: 21:45-05:45
• You can work preferably one other extra shift from: 05:45-13:45 or 13:45-21:45.

what will you do

Welcome to the heart of the glass factory! 🏭 This place never sleeps; they are producing drinking glasses 24/7. It’s pretty interesting to watch the glowing ovens in action. ✨ Once the glasses hit the production line, that’s where you come in as a production employee! You’ll be at the assembly line, expertly picking up the fresh glassware and packing them into boxes. 📦 Stack those boxes onto pallets, and then your colleague on the forklift whisks them away. Your hard work ensures IKEA shelves stay stocked and customers stay happy! 😃

where will you work

At Leerdam Crisal Glass, you’re joining more than just a company; you’re joining a family! 😍 You’ll always be working in small, friendly groups of 2 to 5 people. The atmosphere is good, making every shift feel like a win. 🤍 Plus, the perks are great: you as a production employee choose your working days! If you’re a shift-rotation pro and you can at least work 2 out of 3 shifts, you will earn €19.90 per hour. Yes! 💸
