We are looking for a powerhouse Supervisor to join a CFS Manufacturing Team for the next 5 to 12 months. Someone who keeps the engine running and the team smiling!

who you are

You are a strong communicator who isn't intimidated by a large span of control. You are pragmatic, organized, and know how to take a high-performing team to the next level.

• Experience: You have a solid background in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Leadership: You’ve proven yourself as a lead or supervisor (ideally with larger groups).
• Communication: Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!)

what will you do

As our Interim Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of the floor. Working the day shift (08:00 – 17:00), you ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Your mission? Creating a safe, efficient environment where KPIs are crushed and teamwork is key.

• Lead & Inspire: You coach and motivate a diverse team of 25-35 employees.
• Improvement Drive: You spot bottlenecks before they happen and drive continuous improvement (Safety first, always!).
• Operational Excellence: You ensure compliance with procedures and deliver top-notch quality.
