Because you have commercial insight, you often spot customer needs before they even mention them. You switch rapidly between internal departments and the customer to ensure every delivery runs flawlessly. Between tasks, you spot a way to improve the workflow and bring it up right away. It gives you a kick to solve issues before they even become problems! π In this role as a Customer Service/ Inside Sales Specialist, everything revolves around speed, accuracy, and exceeding expectations. Your day flies by while you:
- Proactively maintain customer contact regarding orders
- Identify and act on commercial opportunities
- Keep systems and data accurately up-to-date
- Improve workflows for the best customer experience
- Act as the pivot between the customer and the internal organization
