• Language Mastery: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
• Administrative Expertise: Prior experience in logistics administration, such as invoicing, order processing, or supply chain documentation, is highly preferred.
• Availability: A commitment of at least 32 to 40 hours per week (4–5 days) during standard office hours.
• Mobility: You possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport to reach our location at Maastricht-Airport.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You are a strong communicator who enjoys the challenge of solving complex, international logistical puzzles.

what will you do

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the essential bridge between the Chinese market and the global logistical network. You will manage the end-to-end process, including multimodal coordination for shipments via sea, air, and rail. Your role involves financial oversight of invoicing and cost control, as well as maintaining daily high-level communication with suppliers and clients in China to ensure operational excellence.
