Do you want to get your workout in while getting paid? We’ve got you! As a Logistics Employer at PostNL, you are the reason people get their packages on time. No boring office desk for you; you’ll be active, moving, and making things happen.

who you are

You are a true go-getter who loves to stay active and keep moving. Hard work is part of your DNA, and lifting heavy packages is no problem for you—think of it as a free workout! To keep our operations running smoothly, you are available to join the team at least 4 days a week, including every Saturday. Here is everything else you need to know about working as a morning warehouse hero:

• Transportation: You have your own way to get to Ledeboerstraat 76 (bike, scooter, or car).
• Early Starts: You are ready to kick off your shift starting at 05:00 AM or 07:15 AM, finishing around 12:30 PM.
• Commitment: You are available to work on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday (these are our mandatory busy days!).
• Communication: You speak either English or Dutch.
• Physical Strength: You are fit and capable of lifting packages up to 23 kg.

what will you do

As a Morning Warehouse Hero, you play a vital role in making sure every package hits the road as fast as possible! Your day will be packed with variety—from sorting and processing to loading and unloading trucks. You’ll make sure every incoming parcel is placed in the correct roll container before they head onto the conveyor belt for final sorting. Once everything is in its right place, it’s ready for delivery—great job, superstar! If you feel like you're ready for the next level after a while, there are plenty of growth opportunities to explore. Who knows, you might be our next Team Leader! Your working hours will be as follows:

• Workdays: Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: 05:00 or 07:15 until 12:30

where will you work

PostNL operates various warehouses across the Netherlands, including one in Tilburg! You can find this location at Ledeboerstraat 76, which is easily accessible with your own transport. You will join a warm and welcoming team where making connections is key—don't hesitate to strike up a conversation and get to know your teammates! Whether it’s grabbing some fresh air together during your break or chatting with your international colleagues, there’s always a great atmosphere (and it’s a fun way to brush up on your language skills!). To be considered for this role, we ask for the following:

• You are willing to apply for a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) and pay for it upfront. (The costs will be reimbursed later!)
