who you are

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a communication star. Who always maintains a positive attitude—even when things get busy. You are proficient with ERP systems and interacting with customers comes naturally to you. No request is too much; you are a true problem-solver who won't let go until every detail is sorted out. Also, you possess the following:

  • A MBO degree thinking level;
  • A good command of the English language;
  • Proven experience in logistics and/or customer service.

what will you do

As a Customer Service Representative, you start your day with a cup of coffee. And a chat with your colleagues. Then, you dive right in and start tackling customer inquiries. You make sure everything runs like clockwork! As the primary point of contact, you help customers via email, phone, and chat. You deal with orders, resolve complaints, and brainstorm ways to make our processes even better. Your job satisfaction? That comes from interacting with people and solving complex puzzles. Youre the "voice of the company" for international clients via phone and mail.

  • Turning complex orders into smooth deliveries;
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to hit those deadlines;
  • Analyzing KPIs to keep the service level at an all-time high.

where will you work

You will join our Customer Service Team. Where you'll work for several major clients, including those in the medical sector.
