who you are

You offer customers a listening ear and enthusiastically assist everyone as a customer service worker! You are patient and approach problem-solving proactively. You actively engage with the customer and assist them where necessary.

And furthermore:

• Do you speak English or Dutch fluently;
•  Do you have absolutely no reservations;
•  Do you enjoy working day shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;
• Are you okay with being on call 4 or 5 times a year.

what will you do

As a customer service worker you are the face of the organization! You assist customers by answering their questions or directing them to the appropriate individuals. You do this by maintaining a professional demeanor and providing customers with personal attention. This ensures a good relationship with every customer! You are also responsible for a large part of the logistical administration. You don't need to know everything right away, everything will be taught to you!

Your tasks include:

• 40% customer service / 60% administration;
• Providing optimal service to customers;
• Maintaining customer contact via phone or email;
• Providing information about orders, deliveries, products, and other uncertainties;
• Following up on complaints;
• Booking orders.
