who you are

As a shunter / forklift driver you will work on a huge site where orders are processed. You take care of relevant and correct information, communication is key! You are observant and set high standards for your work. You manage to perform under time pressure, setbacks and disappointments. Furthermore, it is important that you can function under different working hours.

  • You speak the Dutch or English language;
  • You are in possession of a driver's license B and a valid forklift certificate;
  • You are willing to work different shifts.

what will you do

In the morning you start up with a cup of coffee. During this meeting, you'll get an explanation from your team leader about what's coming up for the day. On the basis of documents that you get with you, you get to work. You also have your headset on, so the assignments are passed on to you. You move trailers to the right locations and load and unload trucks where necessary. You make sure all the administrative stuff that comes with the job is also processed. #mkb.

  • You identify and report any irregularities;
  • You monitor the quality and quantity of work performed;
  • Unloading and loading trucks;
  • Scanning incoming and outgoing goods;
  • You are partly responsible for the timely departure of trucks and containers;
