who you are

As a logistics worker at Royal FloraHolland, you meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch or English;
• You are at least 18 years old (because of the machines you will use);
• You are at least 165 cm tall (because of the work activities);
• You can work at least 2 days a week;
• You are available from 06:00 to 12:00 (this can sometimes be until 13:00);
• You can work in Aalsmeer;
• You can work for at least 4 months.

what will you do

In this active job, speed and accuracy are very important. As a logistics worker, you divide the fresh flowers and plants that have just been sold at the auction. You use the newest voice-picking systems to collect your orders fast. 🗣️ Because you work with modern technology and a fast electric cart, you will hit your targets easily. You see the direct results of your hard work! 📈 You will learn how complex logistics works and how to deliver the best quality under time pressure for customers all over the world. 💪
