who you are

As a Production Control Administrator, you already have experience in an administrative role. You are proficient with computers; for example, Excel holds few to no secrets for you. You have a keen eye for detail, are accurate, and structured. Additionally, you are good at prioritizing, as another task may unexpectedly come up. Finally, you are a flexible person with a strong sense of ownership.
What is certainly important to be considered for this role is that you:

• are available full-time in day shifts (40 hours per week);
• professional and responsive in customer communication, with the ability to manage queries, handle exceptions, and escalate when required;
• solid understanding of Manufacturing (MFG) operations from an administrative and reporting perspective, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance;
• live in the Tilburg area or possess a car and driver's license to travel to work.

what will you do

In this role you will handle key responsibilities such as maintaining contact with MFG operations teams. You will prepare reports and serving as the main point of contact. You will also analyze MFG performance, report issues and ensure KPI and quality performance against SLA's. Additionally, you will improve standard work procedures and support daily requests. You will help operations achieve optimal productivity while maintaining agreed KPI's.

where will you work

You will start as a Production Control Administrator in an international organization. The company manages the complete supply chain for businesses, from the transshipment of containers in seaports to transport, storage, and e-commerce fulfillment. You will be working in a diverse team where English is the working language. The position involves day shifts from Monday to Friday.
