You are a social and detail-oriented team player with a proactive attitude. You enjoy organizing tasks and ensuring smooth communication. Additionally, you bring the following:

  • Experience with the Office package, especially Outlook
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Analytical insight and problem-solving ability

what will you do

As a Procurement Administrator, you are the key link between the procurement department and various stakeholders. You manage the procurement mailbox and ensure tasks are directed to the right place. Questions from different locations? You answer them or connect them with the right person! Additionally, you assist in onboarding new suppliers. You handle all this with a smile and a keen eye for detail!

  • Managing and handling the procurement mailbox
