As a troubleshooter, you are fluent in both Dutch and English. Additionally, you are:

• Available full-time from Monday to Friday.
• Someone with analytical skills.
• Someone who can handle stress.
• Familiar with working with programs such as Word and Excel.
• Someone who can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

what will you do

As a troubleshooter at Samsung SDS in Breda, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and addressing exceptions and issues in daily processes. You have the skills to resolve these matters or communicate them to management. This ensures a smooth daily operation without any hitches.
At Samsung SDS in Breda, you have the option to work in different departments. You decide what suits you best! You can work in the UPC (Used Parts Collections) department where all used Samsung parts/products are checked. Alternatively, you can choose the role of troubleshooter in the inbound department. Here, all incoming goods enter the warehouse and are placed in the correct location.

• Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the UPC department.
• Working hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM in the inbound department.
