what will you do

As an IT Controller, you are responsible for various tasks. One of your primary responsibilities is to approve all incoming IT invoices for the IT headquarters, processing hundreds of invoices monthly. Additionally, you are responsible for checking if these invoices are already known and registered in the contract database in Excel format. If necessary, you add new invoices to the database. You also handle cross-charging of costs to different locations for ordered services or goods, utilizing the variable IT cross-charging file. Besides, you will be:

• Managing project hour cross-charging from IT BeNe and IT Europe project resources
• Processing IT Europe invoices and cross-charging them accordingly
• Creating DocuWare requests for new IT contracts, such as lease contracts for printers, and other document requests
• You have experience with month end closure activities.
